Intro.

"Let's brainstorm some ideas for this."

Let's brainstorm some ideas for [Topic].
I'd like everyone to throw out ideas, no matter how big or small.
Let's get as many ideas on the table as possible.
There are no bad ideas at this stage – let's just get everything out.
Feel free to think outside the box.

For now, let's focus on quantity over quality.
We'll evaluate ideas later – for now, just generate.
No judgment at this stage – all ideas are welcome.
Let's build on each other's ideas rather than shoot them down.

예문:
"Okay, let's brainstorm some ideas for our Q3 campaign. For the next 15 minutes, let's focus on quantity, not quality – no idea is too crazy. We'll evaluate everything afterward."

What if we [Idea]?
How about [Idea]?
We could try [Idea].
One idea is to [Idea].
I have an idea – what if [Idea]?

I'm just thinking out loud here, but what if [Idea]?
This might be a long shot, but how about [Idea]?
Here's a rough idea: [Idea].
Just spitballing here – [Idea]?

I think we should consider [Idea].
My suggestion would be [Idea].
I'd like to propose [Idea].

예문:
"What if we partnered with a micro-influencer in each region instead of one big influencer? Just thinking out loud, but it might feel more authentic to local audiences."

I like that!
That's an interesting idea.
Ooh, I like where this is going.
That could really work.
Great thinking!

Building on that, what if we also [Additional idea]?
That gives me another idea – [New idea].
Yes, and we could take it further by [Extension].
I love that – and what if we combined it with [Other idea]?

Yes, and...

"Yes, but..."
"Yes, and..."

❌ "Yes, but that would be too expensive."
✅ "Yes, and if budget is a concern, we could start with a smaller pilot."

예문:
"I love that idea! Building on that – what if we also created a behind-the-scenes content series to go along with it? That could add another layer of authenticity."

That's interesting – here's another angle: [Alternative idea].
What if we flipped that around and tried [Alternative]?
Building on that, but from a different direction – [Idea].
That made me think of a related but different approach: [Idea].

❌ "That won't work because of budget."
✅ "I'm wondering how we could make that work within budget – maybe [Alternative]?"

❌ "That's too risky."
✅ "What if we tested that on a smaller scale first?"

예문:
"That's a great direction – here's another angle: what if instead of a big launch event, we did a series of smaller pop-ups? Might give us more flexibility and lower risk."

What if money/time/resources weren't a constraint – what would we do?
If we could only do one thing, what would have the biggest impact?
What's something we've never tried before?
What would [Competitor/Industry leader] do in this situation?
What would our ideal customer want?

What's the opposite of what we usually do?
What if we did this completely differently?
What would make this fail – and how do we avoid that?

예문:
"Let's try a different angle – what would our ideal customer want from this campaign? If we put ourselves in their shoes, what would catch their attention?"

Okay, let's see what we've got.
I'm seeing a few themes here.
Let's group these into categories.
Some of these seem related – let's cluster them.

These ideas all relate to [Theme] – let's group them together.
I see two main directions here: [Direction A] and [Direction B].
Let's separate the quick wins from the bigger initiatives.

Which of these feels most exciting to everyone?
Let's vote on our top 3.
Which ideas align best with our goals?
What's feasible within our timeline/budget?

예문:
"Okay, looking at everything we've got, I'm seeing two main themes: content-focused ideas and partnership-focused ideas. Should we split into two groups and develop each direction further?"

Let me jot that down.
I'll add that to the list.
Let's put that on the board.
Can someone capture these ideas as we go?

Let's do a quick dot-voting exercise.
Everyone gets 3 votes – place them on your top ideas.
Let's rank these from most to least feasible.

I'll share my screen and start a list.
Feel free to add to this shared doc as we go.
Let's use the whiteboard feature – everyone can add sticky notes.

예문:
"I'll share my screen and start capturing ideas in this doc. Feel free to type directly if something comes to mind – we'll organize everything afterward."

[Name], what are your thoughts on this?
I'd love to hear from anyone who hasn't spoken yet.
[Name], does this spark any ideas for you?
Anyone coming from a different angle than what we've discussed?

Let's go around the room – everyone shares one idea.
Take a minute to jot down your thoughts, then we'll share.
Feel free to put ideas in the chat if you're not ready to speak.

예문:
"We've heard some great ideas so far. Sarah, I know you've worked on similar campaigns before – does anything come to mind from that experience?"

Okay, let's wrap up this session.
We've generated a lot of great ideas today.
Let's recap what we've come up with.

Let's take these ideas and develop them further offline.
I'll compile everything and share by [Date].
Who wants to take ownership of exploring [Idea] further?
Let's reconvene next week to evaluate these.

감사:

Thanks everyone for the great energy today.
This was a really productive session.
I appreciate everyone's openness to wild ideas!

예문:
"Great session, everyone! We've got about 15 solid ideas to work with. I'll compile these into a doc and share by tomorrow. Let's plan to reconvene Thursday to narrow down our top 3 to develop further. Thanks for all the creative energy today!"

(Divergent Thinking)

  • "Yes, and..." 만

(Convergent Thinking)

  • "But..." 도 OK

Okay, now let's shift gears and evaluate what we have.
We've generated enough ideas – now let's think critically.
Let's put on our "practical hats" now.
Time to switch from idea generation to idea evaluation.

Which of these are feasible given our timeline?
What would each of these require in terms of resources?
Let's think about potential challenges with [Idea].
Which ideas best align with our objectives?

예문:
"Alright, we've got tons of ideas – great work, everyone. Now let's shift gears and put on our practical hats. Which of these feel most feasible given our Q3 timeline and budget?"

"That won't work because..."

"Sorry, my grammar might be off, but here's the idea..."

"[Name], anything coming to mind?"

"Let's hear from someone who hasn't spoken yet."

Facilitator: "Let's brainstorm campaign ideas for the new product launch. For the next 15 minutes, no idea is too wild – let's just get everything on the table."

Person A: "What if we did a pop-up store in Hongdae for a weekend?"

Person B: "Ooh, I like that! Building on that – what if we made it interactive, like a hands-on experience station?"

Person A: "Yes, and we could partner with a local artist for the space design."

Facilitator: "Great direction! What else?"

Person C: "This might be a long shot, but what about a scavenger hunt across the city that leads to the pop-up?"

Facilitator: "I love that! That gives me another idea – we could do social media teasers leading up to it."

Facilitator: "Okay, amazing energy everyone! Let's shift gears now. Looking at what we have, I'm seeing two main directions: experiential pop-ups and city-wide engagement campaigns. Which feels more aligned with our brand and budget?"

    • "Sorry, my English isn't perfect, but..."

저는 브레인스토밍이 부담될 때 먼저 "I like that idea, and..."
